How accurate is a body fat scale?
Weight is accurate to 0.1 kg. Body fat and muscle values are BIA estimates. For consistent results, weigh yourself at the same time each day, ideally in the morning and barefoot.

Do I need my phone every time?
Only for the first setup. After that, the main readings show directly on the display, and they sync to the app the next time you open it.

Can the whole family use it?
Yes. It supports up to 24 user profiles.
