Designed for horizontal patient transport and spinal immobilization both on land and in water.

• Made of durable HDPE plastic (High-Density Polyethylene) reinforced with polyurethane foam filling for extra strength and buoyancy.
• Radiolucent (compatible with X-Ray and MRI).
• Features 18 perimeter handgrips for horizontal lifting and patient transfer; these also serve as strap anchor points.
• Compatible with head immobilizers.
